Will the inflatable SUV mattress fit my vehicle?
Our mattress is designed to fit most SUVs, including popular models like Toyota RAV4, Subaru Forester, and Hyundai Tucson. It measures 175 x 130x 12cm, with adjustable side supports for smaller or larger cargo areas. Check your SUV’s cargo dimensions or contact us at hi@napio.com.au for compatibility advice.
Is the mattress easy to inflate and deflate?
Yes! The mattress comes with an electric pump (12V, plugs into your SUV’s power outlet) for inflation in 2-3 minutes. Deflation is just as quick—open the valve, roll it up, and store it in the included carry bag, perfect for quick setups at Mornington Peninsula campsites.
What is the mattress made of, and is it durable?
Our mattress is crafted from high-quality, puncture-resistant PVC with a soft, flocked top for comfort. It supports up to 300kg and withstands rugged use, ideal for Melbourne’s varied terrains, from beaches to bush.
Do you have a returns policy?
Sorry, we know this is the boring legal mumbo-jumbo, but take a minute to have a read of our return policy. We offer a 30-day risk free trial of our products, during which you can return them at any time.
However, not all items are eligible. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout. To be eligible for a return:
1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 100 days of the delivery/receiving of order.
2. Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
3. Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition.
This includes attached tags and packaging. You will be asked to put your photography skills to the test and provide a photo of your item prior to sending it back to us so we can assess the condition.
