Shipping

We're based in Australia and ship Australia-wide. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days depending on your location and the product. Shipping is free on orders over $50 AUD; a flat rate applies to smaller orders and is shown at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Our 30-day comfort guarantee

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a return or exchange.

How to return an item

Email us at hi@napio.com.au with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply with simple instructions. Items should be returned in their original condition where possible. For hygiene reasons, some personal items may be exchange-only — we'll always let you know.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear, depending on your bank.
